Rows live in sitewide_admin.companies — not auto-filled from MySQL unless you import. Existing sitewide_* databases can be added with Import.
Click a row to open tenant settings (primary admin, employee id 1, and allowed apps). Use Edit for the client record name and tenant key.

Tenant settings
This tenant’s employee #1 has no custom permissions row (full app access). Saving will apply the selected apps only.
The tenant has data, but the sole administrator row is not employee id 1 (template AUTO_INCREMENT after clone). SMP expects primary admin as id 1.
This tenant’s MySQL database is empty or missing the employees table (first-time clone may have failed). Fill in the primary admin and apps to copy structure from the template DB and create employee id 1.

Settings (Preferences) is always included for employee id 1. Changes to allowed apps, name, and email save automatically after a short pause; set a new password and leave the field to save it.
